Mental Health Therapy for Children, Teens, and Families
Turning toward peace, one chapter at a time.
You Don’t Have to Figure This Out Alone
If your child or teen is struggling, it can feel overwhelming to know what to do next.
Maybe you’re seeing:
Big emotions that escalate quickly
Anxiety that’s getting in the way of daily life
Behavior challenges at home or school
A teen who is shutting down or pulling away
You want to help—but nothing seems to be working the way you hoped.
Therapy can provide the support, structure, and guidance your child (and your family) needs to move forward.
How We Can Help
Family Therapy
Teen Therapy
Child Therapy
Helping children understand their emotions, improve behavior, and build coping skills in a supportive, engaging environment.Supporting teens with stress, emotions, confidence, and navigating the challenges that come with this stage of life.A Different Approach to Therapy
Therapy is more than just teaching coping skills.
Many kids and teens know what they’re “supposed” to do—but struggle to actually do it when emotions take over.
That’s why we focus on:
Helping clients understand the connection between thoughts, feelings, and behaviors
Practicing skills in ways that feel realistic and usable
Creating a safe, nonjudgmental space where kids and teens feel comfortable
The goal is for progress to show up not just in session—but at home, at school, and in everyday life.
